Imaginal Disk - ★★★★★ Finally, my review of Imaginal Disk. Probably no one was waiting for it unless one of my 10 followers thought "I need this guy's opinion on Imaginal Disk instead of the 30K people that have already reviewed it", but I was waiting for it. I always thought "I have to listen to this someday!" and then proceeded to not use my free time to listen to it. I don't know how I hadn't listened to this before but I should've listened sooner. For almost every song, at the start, I was like "this song doesn't sound like it will be a standout" and then somehow as the song goes on, it becomes a standout. Almost everything is a standout on this album. The ones that aren't standouts are the ones that stand out. This album has no skips.   IGOR -  ★★★★ ★ Here comes my biggest review yet... PART 1: Context Discovering Tyler Before this, I had never listened to any album before this one. I know it sounds hard to believe, but I mostly only listened to singles. One of my favorite artists was always Tyler, The Creator, I discovered him when See You Again played on the radio, and I immediately fell in love. I found his style very unique because most of the rap that I had ever listened to before was stuff like Lil Pump.  Why I Tuned In When I saw IGOR come out, I thought "sure, why not?" since everyone was saying it was so good. Yup, I'm changing my rating system! I've only been on AOTY making reviews since early April, and I'm already changing my entire rating system... Well, my old rating system was just the AOTY rating system (rating/100). Once I started this blog here, I started applying colors ( 80-100 ,  60-80 ,  40-60 ,  20-40 ,  0-40 ) but not any change to the rating system, until now! I'm switching to a 5-star system. Blonde -   ★★★★ ★ Previously here, I had written that I had deleted my previous review because I remembered nothing from Blond e . That was correct, I even remember writing that "I prefer [ Channel Orange ] over Blonde any day" on my Channel Orange review, which I then deleted, realizing that I simply didn't remember anything about Blonde. I was very wrong. Blonde might be my new favorite album of all time. It's easier to go through the issues than the good parts, so: - Too many interludes : There are no many interludes between Nights and White Ferrari, and I don't understand why. Quad didn't.          This shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone with a brain, but sadly, Quadeca didn't release his upcoming album  Vanisher, Horizon Scraper  on the date that some random fan made up.
